Hi, I’m Sammie.
So glad you’re here.
Photography became more than a hobby when I saw the joy it brought other people. Watching someone relive a memory through a photograph—and knowing I had a small part in giving that back to them—made me deeply grateful. These little mementos became a way for me to serve others. My faith is at the heart of that. It shapes my values, how I care for people, and the way I approach a wedding day. I want to honor what the day means: the commitment you’re making and the people who are there to share it with you.
Couples have described me as calm and relaxed, but I’m intentional about helping them stay present. You deserve to experience your wedding day fully, trusting me to take care of preserving the memories.
Away from the camera.
Away from the camera, I feel most like myself with my husband, family, and friends. You’ll often find me out on our boat, at the beach, or spending time in nature. Being with the people I love brings out the best in me. That feeling of being completely yourself, surrounded by your people, is something I hold close in my work, too.
